Account & Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your CloudKlass account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. This page explains how to request it and what is removed.
Delete from the app (fastest)
In the CloudKlass mobile app, go to Profile → Delete account, confirm, and your account and data are removed immediately.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email support@cloudklass.academy from the address tied to your account and ask us to delete your account. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account details
- Your subscription status and payment history
- Your saved lesson plans
- Your in-app chat history (Ask & Coach)
- Your sign-in and account (you are signed out everywhere)
What we may retain
Once deleted, your data is removed from our live systems. Residual copies in routine encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. We may retain a minimal, limited set of records only where required by law (for example, basic transaction records for accounting and fraud prevention); these are not used for any other purpose.
